The Precision Diaphragm Chuck features an integrated high-performance pneumatic rotary cylinder, eliminating the need for separate installation of a rotary cylinder and collet draw tube. This precision diaphragm chuck utilizes diaphragm clamping technology, offering repeatability accuracy within 0.005mm. The precision diaphragm chuck's central through-hole design allows for automatic feeding or center water outlet operations. The clamping force can be finely adjusted using the working air pressure, making it ideal for gripping thin or fragile workpieces without causing damage. The high-seal design protects against dust, water, and cutting fluids. the diaphragm chuck also boasts an extended precision lifespan. Custom-shaped clamping jaws can be designed according to the workpiece's profile to meet specific clamping requirements. The diaphragm chuck is capable of both outer diameter clamping and inner diameter expansion clamping.
