The 2 jaw power chuck features an inclined column pull-back structure, offering high precision and strong clamping force.
2 jaw power chuck during operation, the pull-back of the inclined column draws the workpiece towards the positioning surface before clamping, ensuring precision in radial and axial dimensions.
This 2 jaw power chuck is suitable for clamping irregularly shaped workpieces,especially those with requirements for perpendicularity and parallelism.
Note: This type of 2 jaw power chuck is designed for external diameter clamping only. When changing clamping sizes, soft jaws need to be replaced.
